If your Xbox Controller S shell is cracked, use this guide to replace it. The shell is what protects the circuit board from damage.

| Step 1 | ![[step 1 photo]](200246/step01-1.jpg) Remove the seven 9.4 mm screws on the back of the controller using a Phillips #00 screwdriver. NOTE: One screw is hidden behind the sticker on the back of the controller. Peel that sticker back and remove that screw as well.
