Step 1

• Boot up your Xbox without a disc in the drive and you will get the dashboard. Head to "Memory", as the Xbox doesn't have a single format HD option.

Step 2

• Here you can see the Xbox hard drive options. Select the save you want to delete, and hit A.

Step 3
[step 3 photo]
• Press A to delete the save. Then go back and delete all the other saves you want to delete. Now your Xbox HD is completely clear of savegames.
• If you're selling your Xbox, go to Settings and turn off auto-login and go to Xbox LIVE and remove your account options.

Conclusion
Make sure you haven't left any music on your Xbox HD if you're selling your Xbox.
