Tools: Phillips #1 Screwdriver

Step 1 :: Side Access Panel
• Press the green release button on top of the side access panel.
• Pull off the side access panel to get inside the computer.
• NOTE: When putting the side access panel back on, make sure that the bottom of the panel lines up with the rail on the bottom, and that the chassis is locked with the green latches.

Step 2 :: Hard Drive Assembly
• Unscrew the two Phillips screws holding the hard drive in place.
• The hard drive and its carrier should come off together.

Step 3
• Unplug the IDE and Molex cables from the hard drive.
• CAUTION: Be sure to be careful when removing the IDE cable so as to not damage the pins on the hard drive. (Instead of yanking it, pry it off from side to side.)

Conclusion
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
