The purpose of this guide is to give step-by-step instruction on how to clean the controller ports on a ColecoVision.

Tools: Compressed Air


Step 1
[step 1 photo]
• Unplug the controllers from their ports.

Step 2
[step 2 photo]
• Spray the insides of the ports a few times with compressed air.

Step 3
[step 3 photo]
• Plug the controllers back into their ports.

Conclusion
To reassemble your device, plug the controllers into the ports they were taken out of.
